All Physivo subscriptions are purchased and managed inside the Physivo app, not on this website.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account in the app. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Your statutory consumer rights apply. Refund requests are handled under the app's detailed refund terms. The Physivo app has its own, more detailed policies covering accounts, learning data, subscriptions and in-app features. You can read them inside the app at physivo.app.
